Cancellations

All cancelled orders will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Damaged Items

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product. Report damaged items to client.care@animeandpopculturestudio.com; include pictures of the damaged items and the packaging for review/assessment.

Damaged items will be assessed for eligibility of a full refund or exchange (when available), if reported within 3 days of receipt. Ensure you inspect items right away upon receipt.

Note: Due to the unique nature of each product there may be minor color variations which are not considered defects and/or damage.

A damaged, dented, and/or a torn manufacturer's box is NOT considered a damaged item. 

If item/product is deemed eligible, you are entitled to either a full refund to the original payment method for the damaged item, or a replacement/exchange (if available). You must send back all figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, and outer shipping packaging.

 

NOTE: Any fees charged by the payment processor (paypal, partial.ly, etc.) are non-refundable per payment processor policies. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from animeandpopculturestudio.com. 

Personal information we collect

User Accounts

When you create an account and/or purchase from our website, you are stating/agreeing that you are over the age of 18 and are fully authorized to use the payment method provided. You are solely responsible for any purchases made by you or your account.

Website Changes/Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes or suspend the website, content, rewards point system, or products offered on our website with or without notice. We will not be held liable for any modification, suspension, or restriction of the website.

We further reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed with us. We may limit quantities purchased per user account, person, credit card, shipping/billing address, or per order. If we change or cancel an order we will attempt to contact the customer per the contact information provided. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Products, discounts, prices, specifications, and offers are subject to change at any time with or without notice. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with changes and/or updates to the website and the policies/terms of use.

We endeavor to display information, prices, and products as accurately as possible, but mistakes may happen. We reserve the right to make corrections at any time as necessary, and cancel orders with or without notice (including after the order has been placed).

Third Party Payment Providers

When utilizing third party payment processors such as (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Partial.Ly. etc) you are subject to their terms of use, privacy policy, and any other policies that may apply. The Anime And Pop Culture Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse/breach of information/accounts. It is the customer's responsibility to review the third party policies and maintain the security of their third party account.  

Payment Authorization

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you have a legal right to use the payment method provided, you are of legal age to enter a contract and agree to these terms, and all information you provide is true, correct, and complete. You further authorize us to charge the payment method on file. You also agree to pay for any sales taxes and/or shipping costs (if applicable) associated with your purchase.

Social Media

You will abide by third party terms and conditions for social media sites. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed to be offensive, obscene, or libelous.

Shipping

Note: When utilizing the payment plan option through Partial.Ly and/or pre-orders placed directly on www.animeandpopculturestudio.com shipping  will be billed separately during the fulfillment process of the order unless specifically stated otherwise.

Wrong Address:

We will only use the shipping address provided by the customer to ship orders. Ensure that your shipping address is current and up to date as the Anime and Pop Culture Studio LLC is not responsible for all shipping fees in the return and reshipment of your item.

For Pre-Orders shipping costs are based on each Manufacturer's given estimated weights and dimensions. We reserve the right to make changes to the final shipping costs if actual dimensions and/or weights differ from estimated dimensions.We will send you the shipping invoice via the email you provided. If the shipping charge is not paid in full within two weeks of the initial contact email, The Anime and Pop Culture Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.


Note: Pre-ordered items will NOT be shipped until the shipping charge has been paid in full. We will use FedEx ground for large fragile items and USPS on smaller items. Should you have additional questions regarding this policy, contact us at client.care@animeandpopculturestudio.com

Lost/Stolen Items

In the event that an item is lost or stolen after delivery (confirmed by tracking), the Anime and Pop Culture Studio LLC, is not liable. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping service directly for further assistance and/or information.

International Destinations

Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier. 

It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment.

If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties and or remains unclaimed, the Anime and Pop Culture Studio reserves the right to cancel the order and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge in addition to a 25% cancellation fee.
